Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into rounds.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each zucchini round with olive oil.
- Dip each round into the cheese mixture until fully covered.
- Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
