- 2 cups Tuscan white beans, cooked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Add the cooked Tuscan white beans.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
