- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup salsa

Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional minute.
- In a large pot, combine cooked macaroni, beef mixture, salsa, milk, and cheese.
- Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
