Description
A delicious taco casserole that combines layers of beef, cheese, and tortilla chips.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the beef. Mix well.
- Layer half of the tortilla chips in a baking dish.
- Spread half of the beef mixture over the chips.
- Add half of the salsa and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, salsa, and cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with sour cream on top.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Use ground turkey for a lighter option.
