Instructions

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and blanch the cabbage leaves for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
  4. Place a portion of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
  5. Place the rolls seam side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour tomato sauce over the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
