Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Gradually add chicken broth and cream. Cook until thickened.
- Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with biscuits, placing them evenly over the mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
