- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped vegetables, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place it over the sauce.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the dough.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
