  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
  5. Add sliced steak; cook until browned.
  6. In a separate pot, make a cheese sauce by melting butter, adding flour, and whisking in milk until thickened.
  7. Add provolone and cheddar to the sauce; stir until melted.
  8. Combine macaroni, steak mixture, and cheese sauce in a baking dish.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
