- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ribeye steak, sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Add sliced steak; cook until browned.
- In a separate pot, make a cheese sauce by melting butter, adding flour, and whisking in milk until thickened.
- Add provolone and cheddar to the sauce; stir until melted.
- Combine macaroni, steak mixture, and cheese sauce in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.

- Top with extra cheese before baking for a cheesy crust.
