- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, green onions, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
