  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brown chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add onion and garlic to the skillet, sauté until soft.
  6. Add rice and stir for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat, return chicken to the skillet, and cover.
  9. Cook for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender.
  10. Stir in heavy cream and heat through.
  11. Garnish with parsley before serving.
