Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon butter sauce over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
