A hearty casserole featuring kielbasa sausage and cheesy potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, kielbasa, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
- Add the soup mixture to the potato mixture and stir.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Notes
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can substitute turkey kielbasa for a lighter option.
