Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, kielbasa, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Add the soup mixture to the potato mixture and stir.
  5. Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
