- 1 cup peaches, sliced
- 2 jalapenos, diced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sliced peaches and diced jalapenos.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top with the peach and jalapeno mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
