Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.

- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry chicken cutlets until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and hot sauce.
- Drizzle hot honey over chicken cutlets before serving.
