Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked quinoa or whole wheat pasta
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in cooked quinoa or pasta until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen.
