Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or whole wheat pasta

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in cooked quinoa or pasta until well mixed.
  4. Spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
