Ingredients

- 4 halibut fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Coat halibut fillets with melted butter.
- Press breadcrumb mixture onto each fillet.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
