Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
