Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and seal the edges.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
