Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Dredge shrimp in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
- Toss fried shrimp in the sauce until coated.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the spice level by varying sriracha amount.
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Serve with lime wedges.
