Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 sausages, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add eggs and cook for 9-12 minutes.
- Remove eggs and cool in ice water.
- In a pan, heat olive oil.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Peel eggs and slice in half.
- Serve eggs topped with sausage and garnish with parsley.
