- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all the beans.
- Add the onions and bell peppers to the beans.
- In a separate bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar.
- Pour the sauce over the bean mixture.
- Stir to combine well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
