Instructions

- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into large chunks.
- Boil the sweet potato chunks for about 15 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and let them cool slightly.
- Place the sweet potato chunks on a baking sheet.
- Use a fork or a potato masher to gently smash each chunk.
- Drizzle olive oil over the smashed sweet potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
