Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes.

  6. Cook orzo according to package instructions, then stir in spinach.
  7. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until warm.
  8. Add baked meatballs to the cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
