Description
A refreshing and tangy side dish made with crunchy cabbage, tart apples, and sweet cranberries.
Ingredients

- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups apples, diced
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, apples, cranberries, and carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture.
- Toss until everything is well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use fresh apples for the best flavor.
- This dish can be made a day in advance.
