- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and shredded cheese.
- Add the diced vegetables, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the casserole is set and lightly browned on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
