  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice for the garlic sauce.
