Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice for the garlic sauce.
- Serve sliced chicken with garlic sauce and your choice of pita or salad.
