- 2 tbsp shawarma spice blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pita bread for serving
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with shawarma spice, olive oil, and salt for at least 1 hour.
- Cook marinated chicken on a grill or skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Slice the chicken into strips.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
- Drizzle tahini sauce over the top.
- Serve with pita bread on the side.
