Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the chicken sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced potatoes, cooked sausage, and cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the potato and sausage mixture and stir to combine.
