- 1 pound chicken sausage
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the chicken sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced potatoes, cooked sausage, and cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the potato and sausage mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Notes
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
