Description
A delicious chicken ranch quesadilla filled with tender chicken, cheese, and ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread a portion of the chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chicken.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of ranch dressing to taste.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
