Description

A delicious chicken ranch quesadilla filled with tender chicken, cheese, and ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  4. Spread a portion of the chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the chicken.
  6. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
