Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green chiles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, green chiles, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll tightly.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine the sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
  6. Pour the sauce over the rolled tortillas.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
