- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup croutons
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a baking sheet to form a crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Spread Caesar dressing over the crust.
- Top with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and croutons.
- Slice and serve immediately.

- Make sure the chicken is well shredded for better crust texture.
