Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a baking sheet to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Top with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and croutons.
