- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup diced carrots

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken, broth, cream, carrots, celery, and peas. Cook over medium heat until warm.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
- Scoop dough onto the chicken mixture in spoonfuls.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
