- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine baby potatoes, smoked sausage, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing and sour cream.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the ranch mixture over them.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

- You can use any smoked sausage you like.
