- 2 cups mashed potatoes

- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
