- 1 package frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, sausage, cheese, onion, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
Notes
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers for more flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
