Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, sausage, cheese, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
