Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir for 1 minute to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
- Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted.
- Mix in Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked macaroni and lobster meat with the cheese sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
