Ingredients

- 1 can of croissant dough
- 1 cup of cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the croissants starting from the wide end to the tip.
- Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for better flavor.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce if desired.
