Ingredients

  • 1 can of croissant dough
  • 1 cup of cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the croissants starting from the wide end to the tip.
  6. Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
