Buffalo chicken stuffed peppers are a spicy and flavorful dish, perfect for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spiciness by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
  • Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
