Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey. Cook until browned.
  4. Add Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  5. Pour in chicken broth. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot.
