Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground turkey. Cook until browned.
- Add Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
- Pour in chicken broth. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh Brussels sprouts for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or beef.
