A healthy and colorful stir fry featuring broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and carrots, stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and continue to stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- You can add protein like chicken or tofu.
- Adjust soy sauce according to your taste.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
