Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli and carrots, stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms and continue to stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
