- 1 package Red Lobster biscuit mix
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Red Lobster biscuits according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the cooked sausage.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Break the prepared biscuits into pieces and sprinkle them on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
