Ingredients

- 8 ounces of Brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut Brie into small pieces and place inside jalapeño halves.
- Top with blueberries.
- Drizzle honey over the filled jalapeños.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil on a baking sheet.
- Arrange jalapeño poppers on the sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño heat level by leaving some seeds.
- Serve with a side of ranch dressing if desired.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
