Ingredients

  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 8 hamburger buns, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat and add pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture with the cubed hamburger buns.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  9. Garnish with shredded lettuce before serving.
