  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the beef on all sides until browned.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until desired doneness.
