Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are spicy and flavorful chicken sandwiches served on slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  3. Add shredded chicken and green onions to the sauce mixture. Stir well.
  4. Place slider buns on a baking sheet.
  5. Layer lettuce on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Add the bang bang chicken mixture on top of the lettuce.
  7. Cover with the top half of the buns.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Serve with extra sweet chili sauce on the side.
