Description
Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are spicy and flavorful chicken sandwiches served on slider buns.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
- Add shredded chicken and green onions to the sauce mixture. Stir well.
- Place slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Layer lettuce on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add the bang bang chicken mixture on top of the lettuce.
- Cover with the top half of the buns.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
Notes
- You can adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with extra sweet chili sauce on the side.
- These sliders are great for parties or game day.
