Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pecans, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and Dijon mustard together.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the pecan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
